In order to obtain the perforation depth, the three zones with different permeability because of plastic deformation and fluid invasion were studied based on related theories. The study shows that the calculation of perforation depth should take account of not only damaged zone, but also plastic zone, because the plastic zone has much lower permeability. The required minimum perforation depth was obtained by making the solution of elastic/plastic equations, and the factors affecting perforation depth were analyzed accordingly.  相似文献

在研究乳化炸药的压力减敏作用时,观察到程度不同的破乳现象。为深入了解此现象,分别就乳胶基质和乳化炸药在水中受到外界爆炸冲击波作用之后进行了显微观察。发现乳胶基质和乳化炸药微观结构均遭到不同程度的破坏,局部发生了破乳,且乳胶基质的表层比内部破乳情况严重,而乳化炸药表层和内部无差别。  相似文献

分析了高温硫化区的形成机理,并对目前的测温仪及降温措施进行了对比,最终采用饱和石灰水降低孔内温度。在此基础上,对大宝山北部649平台的9个高温硫化孔进行了针对性的深孔爆破设计。现场实践表明,成功消除了高温硫化区的不利影响。  相似文献

从无人机硬件系统、飞控系统、测量仪器和测量数据处理软件四个方面的支撑技术,分析了轻小型无人机的发展情况。在此基础上,分析了其在露天矿区监测及植被覆绿情况、地形地貌测量与危险源辨识、土石方量的计量等方面的应用现状,并认为存在电池续航能力不足、单一传感器航测精度偏低及各航测平台数据兼容性差等问题。最后,提出了轻小型无人机在露天矿山全生命周期中的应用前景,包括矿区勘察与规划设计、生产计划编制与现场管理、复杂地形测量与工程计量、安全监管及矿区生态环境监控与闭坑管理等。  相似文献

Based on the action mechanism of linear shaped charge(LSC), penetration performance of LSC on rock was studied. In the presence of lab experiments, the optimal standoff of linear shaped charge and the vertex angle of V-shaped liner were determined. The result of cutting sand-cement grout samples shows the directional expansion of crack is satisfactory and spacing interval of boreholes can approach 17.5 times of the bore-hole’s diameter. Then field experiment indicates cutting effect is very good, the ruggedness in fracture plane is less than 50mm and the rates of half-hole marks are 100%. All these suggest that the orientation fracture blasting with linear shaped charge is a good means in directional fracture controlled blasting.  相似文献
